The credential

What AAISM™ is

Advanced in AI Security Management (AAISM™) is ISACA's AI-specific security-management credential, launched in 2025. It's built for security leaders who already hold a CISSP® or CISM®, and it validates that you can govern, assess risk for, and control AI systems, not just operate them.

How to prepare

A practical way to study

Because AAISM™ assumes CISSP®- or CISM®-level security knowledge, effective prep looks less like learning new fundamentals and more like drilling AI-specific governance, risk, and control scenarios until they're second nature.
