Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Category 3 Partners, LLC ("Category 3 Partners," "we," "us"), which operates the Certifi360 certification exam-prep service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Certifi360 provides online study and practice materials — including drill questions, concept quizzes, flashcards, and timed exam simulations — to help you prepare for professional certification exams.

2. Pass Guarantee: Your responsibilities

Certifi360 offers a Pass Guarantee (see Section 6): if you fully prepare with the Service and still do not pass your certification exam, we refund the Certifi360 fee you paid for that module. The guarantee applies only when you have met your responsibilities described in this Section.

Certifi360 provides study and practice materials only. We do not administer the certification exam and do not control, and cannot guarantee, that you will be eligible for or will ultimately obtain the certification. Passing the exam is not the same as becoming certified. You are solely responsible for meeting all requirements of the relevant certification body (for example, ISACA), including eligibility, application, scheduling, fees, identification, experience and education requirements, any ethics or continuing-education requirements, and all exam rules and policies.

Accordingly, the Pass Guarantee covers only a non-passing exam result after you have completed the preparation criteria in Section 6. It is not a guarantee that you will become certified. If you achieve a passing exam score but do not obtain the certification — for example, because you did not meet the certifying body's experience, application, or other requirements — you have no valid claim under the Pass Guarantee. When you submit a refund request, you confirm that you met these responsibilities and sat the exam in good faith under the certifying body's rules.

Certifi360 is an independent product and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by ISACA or any other certification body. Certification names and trademarks (including AAISM™ and ISACA) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.

4. Purchases, pricing, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown, including tax.

5. Access term (12 months per module)

Each module you purchase grants you access to that module for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. When the term ends, access to that module stops unless you renew by purchasing it again. Access is for your individual use and is non-transferable.

6. Pass Guarantee (money-back)

Our guarantee is a Pass Guarantee: if you fully prepare with the Service and still do not pass your certification exam, we refund the Certifi360 fee you paid for that module. To qualify, all of the following must be true:

  • Preparation — within your 12-month access term, you reached 100% mastery of the Quick Drill question bank and 100% mastery of the Concept Quiz for that module, and scored 90% or higher on at least one full-length Exam Simulation for that module (as measured by the Service);
  • Exam attempt — after meeting the preparation criteria and during your access term, you sat the corresponding official certification exam (for example, the ISACA exam); and
  • Result — you did not pass that exam, and you provide your official score report (or other official result notice) from the certification body showing a non-passing result in your name.

If all three are met, email support@certifi360.com from your account email within 60 days of your exam result. We will verify your account records and your score report and, if confirmed, refund the module fee to your original payment method.

The guarantee covers only the Certifi360 platform fee for that module — it does not cover exam registration fees, ISACA or other certification-body fees, retake fees, or any other costs. Limit one guarantee refund per module per customer. Receiving a refund ends your access to that module. We may decline a request if the criteria were not genuinely met, if the result cannot be verified, or if we detect manipulation of progress data.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, or transfer your account or access;
  • copy, scrape, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content;
  • attempt to manipulate progress data or the money-back guarantee;
  • interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security; or
  • use the Service in violation of any law or any certification body's rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by or licensed to Category 3 Partners and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own exam preparation during your access term. All other rights are reserved.

9. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing support@certifi360.com (see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Deleting your account or terminating for breach may forfeit remaining access and any pending guarantee claim.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will result in passing any exam.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Category 3 Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the module giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
