• Purchases & receipts — questions about a charge, taxes, or your receipt. Include the email used at checkout.
• Access term — each module includes 12 months of access from purchase; see our Terms.
• Pass Guarantee — complete the prep (100% mastery in the Quick Drill and Concept Quiz, plus 90%+ on a full-length Exam Simulation), then sit the real certification exam; if you don't pass, email us your official score report within 60 days for a refund of your module fee. Delete your account

You can delete your Certifi360 account and personal data at any time. Email support@certifi360.com from your account email and ask us to delete your account, and we'll take care of it.

When you delete your account, we disable it and remove your personal data and learning history within 30 days, during which you may recover the account by contacting us. We keep limited transaction records as required by law (for example, for tax and accounting). See our Privacy Policy for details.
